3. Refund and Reschedule Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. Our refund and reschedule guidelines vary by offering type:

3.1 Ledger Management Services

If you notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled start date, you may transfer your service to a future date at no extra charge. Refunds are available if we cannot accommodate a new date. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 15 business days.

3.2 Digital Learning Materials

Full refunds are allowed within 14 days of purchase provided no download has been initiated. If a download has occurred, a partial credit may be offered at our discretion. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and are processed within 7 business days.

3.3 Physical Publications

Returns of undamaged items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10 business days. If the item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

3.4 Non-Refundable Cases

Certain custom-configured services or bespoke digital content are non-refundable due to the unique nature of the work and licensing terms. We will clearly indicate non-refund status during purchase and provide a rationale: the effort and resources allocated cannot be repurposed for other clients.
